Key keywords: 2026 Masters Round 3, Saturday tee times, Augusta National Golf Club, 2026 Masters pairings, PGA Tour major championship, top golf contenders, third round tee times, Masters 2026 leaderboard, Moving Day at Masters Augusta National Golf Club officials officially released the full 2026 Masters Round 3 tee times and pairings on Friday evening following the conclusion of the second round, setting the stage for one of the most anticipated Moving Day slates in recent major championship history. The third round of the year’s first men’s major will kick off on Saturday, April 11, with the first group teeing off at 7:30 a.m. local Augusta time, featuring two pairs of amateur competitors who made the 36-hole cut set at 1-over par. Pairings for the third round are ordered by reverse standings from the first two rounds, with 12-minute intervals between all groups after the opening four amateur pairings, which will tee off 9 minutes apart. The headline final group, teeing off at 2:45 p.m. ET, features co-leaders Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy, who both finished the first 36 holes at 10-under par. McIlroy, who is chasing his first career Masters title to complete the career Grand Slam, has expressed excitement about the pairing earlier this week, noting that competing against Scheffler, the 2022 and 2024 Masters champion, brings out the best in his game. The penultimate group, teeing off at 2:33 p.m. ET, includes 2023 Masters champion Jon Rahm and 2022 Open Championship winner Cameron Smith, who sit at 8-under and 7-under par respectively. Other featured groups include 2015 Masters champion Jordan Spieth paired with 2022 PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas (2:21 p.m. ET, 6-under par) and top-ranked amateur Michael Thorbjornsen paired with Xander Schauffele (11:12 a.m. ET, 3-under par). Broadcast coverage for Saturday’s round will start at 8:00 a.m. ET on ESPN, with CBS picking up live coverage from 2:00 p.m. ET through the conclusion of play. Featured group and featured hole streams will also be available for free via the official Masters website and mobile app for fans who want to follow specific pairings throughout the day. Local weather forecasts call for clear skies, temperatures between 65 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit, and 10-15 mph west winds, conditions that tournament analysts note will reward aggressive play from contenders looking to make up ground on Moving Day. Officials have noted that any unforeseen weather delays will trigger immediate updates to tee times, which will be posted first on the official Masters X (Twitter) account and official website.

Can’t believe we’re getting a Scheffler vs McIlroy final group on Moving Day at Augusta! That’s the exact dream matchup every golf fan has been begging for all season, I already blocked off my entire afternoon to catch every shot they hit. This is going to be legendary.

I scored a last-minute Saturday Masters badge two weeks ago and I’m already driving down to Augusta tonight! I’m planning to camp out by the 12th green all afternoon to watch the top groups navigate Amen Corner, there’s no better atmosphere in sports than the Masters on Moving Day.

As a golf analyst, I think people are sleeping on the Rahm-Smith group teeing off 12 minutes before the leaders. Both of them have posted 64 or lower at Augusta in past third rounds, if either of them goes low today they’ll put massive pressure on Scheffler and McIlroy to keep up. Don’t take your eyes off that pairing.

I’m so glad they put the top amateur Thorbjornsen with Schauffele, he’s been playing incredible golf all week and getting to play a Moving Day round with a top contender like Xander is going to be such great experience for him. I’m rooting for him to finish as low amateur this weekend.
